We just found out few days ago that the restaurant that we are having our wedding banquet at has changed hands in May. We would have found out later if not that we went to check out the AV equipment this Sunday. I am shocked that they never really notify us about the change when we went to pay for the deposit in April as they would have known about the change in ownership at that time. There are more troubles now in terms of making sure that the new owner would honour all the terms that they have promised us at the time we signed the contract, which could be quite a challenge.
With all the things that we have to deal with at the moment, the house and the wedding prep, this surprise is certainly something that we don't welcome.
Guess the good news is - the restaurant hasn't changed name so that the name on the invitation card is still valid.
There have been quite a few bad surprises for us in the last month or so already - hopefully there is no more.

The banquet coordinator whom I used to contact at the banquet hall just left the club last week too...so don't worry too much for the things which we cannot control, and lets keep on praying! :)I believe there're always something good behind the bads...=P....what a challenge on our faith and patience from organizing a wedding! :D
